MPG Antenna Test System (ATS)02

MPG Antenna Test System (ATS) is a product developed to test and measure the transfer function of antennas under test. The MPG system can generate CW or pulsed RF signals and receive a replica of the same signal from the antenna. The received signal is acquired and compared in amplitude and phase with the transmitted signal to provide accurate measurement and performance evaluation in antenna characterization. The analysis is performed in the time domain, based on a single pulse or defined pattern. Optionally, data can also be recorded for post-processing, allowing the user to perform graphical and numerical analysis of the received signals.
The standard version covers a frequency range up to 6 GHz, with options up to 12 GHz, 18 GHz, and higher frequency ranges. ATS can be controlled locally or remotely through an easy-to-use graphical interface that supports the user during measurement operations.

ATS is a very lightweight and compact system that can be used even in complex environments. The casing protects against shocks, vibrations, and environmental agents (rain, dust, sand, etc.). The standard version includes one TX channel and one RX channel, with options for up to 4 RX channels to enable simultaneous testing of complex antennas for optimized working time.

One possible field of application is the testing of AESA systems for multi-functional radars such as Empar, Kronos, or tracking radars like the 25/30X system.
Below are some of the available options that can be integrated within the ATS chassis: external antenna horn, monitor and keyboard, touchscreen, DC power supply, UPS.
