A major player in the industry with offices in Rome and Milan
A history of ever-growing success in the TLC testing industry. A proven track record that has made the company, year after year, a benchmark for reliability and expertise.
M.P.G. Instruments S.r.l. was founded in 1984. The initial idea stemmed from a careful assessment of innovation needs, initially for the PMR Radiocommunication sector, private Radio and TV broadcasting. Then came technological growth in the testing sector of telecommunications for civil, military, aviation, and aerospace applications.
MPG Instruments today has about 15 employees, almost all under 40 years old, and two offices in Rome and Milan. The company markets and develops electronic test instrumentation for aircraft ground support (AGE). One example involves radio altimeters — devices that measure the distance between aircraft and the ground.
Of all the instrumentation handled, MPG takes care of customization, defines standards based on the specifications provided by the customer, and offers timely technical support with accurate maintenance and calibration services, including at the customer’s operating sites.
A decade of experience has enabled MPG Instruments to achieve its efficiency and quality goals (it can boast EN9100 – EN9110 – EN9120 certifications in addition to AER-Q-2120) and has made it possible to consolidate partnerships with national and international companies operating in the field: Cobham AvComm (Aeroflex), Ideal Aerosmith, Giga-tronics, Pasternack, GE Measurement & Control, and Ultra Electronics.
Among these companies, MPG Instruments is an official distributor and authorized service center. Another partnership of excellence is with National Instruments, a leading U.S. multinational manufacturer of hardware and software used in R&D departments in various sectors — from measurements to automation, from energy to aerospace.
MPG Instruments is associated with the Lombardy Aerospace Cluster, the integrated network of companies, universities, and research centers through which it is showcased at major international trade fairs in the sector.
